Sugar Creek Lager

A refreshing American Light Lager, Sugar creek is bright, clear, golden yellow in color and contains a slightly sweet malty character with a pleasant clean finish. Light bodied with a thirst quenching carbonation level. Sugar Creek is brewed with Pilsner Malt, Flaked Rice, and Honey Malt, and is the lightest of our beers. Year round Flagship. Sugar creek contains 4.8% ABV.

Blackberry Wheat

A uniquely light and refreshing fruit beer that is yellow in color with a crisp clean flavor. It is an easy drinking, slightly sweet beer with a crisp clean flavor. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, White Wheat Malt, and Natural Blackberry flavoring. Year round Flagship. Blackberry Wheat contains 5% ABV.

English Pale Ale

A flavorful, yet refreshing session beer. Medium copper in color, medium bodied, with a toasty-caramel malt flavor. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, Caramel Malt, Victory Malt, Oat Malt, English Hops, and an English Yeast strain that gives it a slight fruitiness. Year Round Flagship. English Pale Ale contains 5% ABV.

Brown Ale

An American Brown Ale, deep brown in color with rich malt, chocolate-caramel, nutty and toasty flavor. American Hops give it a citrus hop flavor and aroma. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, Munich Malt, Honey Malt, Caramunich Malt, Caramel Malt, Chocolate Malt, Wheat Malt and Oat malt. Hopped with Summit, Ahtanum, Simcoe and Cascade. Year Round Flagship. Brown Ale contains 5.5% ABV.

IPA

An American style India Pale Ale. Light amber in color with a big citrus hop aroma. A decidedly hoppy and bitter, and moderately strong ale, this beer is for the hop lover. The malt flavor is just enough to balance out the Citrus, Grapefruit and Pine flavors from the hops. Medium bodied with a crisp dry finish. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, Munich Malt, Caramel Malt, Victory Malt, and Honey Malt. Hops are Summit, Simcoe, Cascade and Willamette. Dry hopping the beer with Cascade and Chinook hops when it is finished with fermentation gives it its big hop aroma. Year Round Flagship. IPA contains 6.3% ABV.

Scottish Ale

A traditional Scottish session Ale; also called an 80 shilling or Export. Dark copper in color with a light tan head, this beer is malty and slightly fruity with a touch of smoke. Hops take a back seat in this beer to let the malt shine through. Scottish Ale is brewed with 2-Row Malt, Munich Malt, Caramel Malt, Smoked Malt, Chocolate Malt, Oat Malt, and Roasted Barley. Hopped with Galena and Willamette. Scottish Ale is a Seasonal and contains 5% ABV.

Oatmeal Stout

A smooth, full bodied very dark ale with assertive roasted malt and toffee aromas. It has a complex flavor profile that includes hints of coffee, roasted barley and chocolate. A slightly bitter beer, with a creamy finish that seems to linger in your mouth. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, Munich Malt, Caramunich malt, Flaked Oats, Chocolate Malt and Roasted Barley. Hopped with Summit, Columbus, Simcoe and Cascade. Oatmeal Stout is a Seasonal and contains 6.2% ABV.

Marzen

A German style amber Lager also known as Oktoberfest. Deep orange in color with a medium body. Smooth, clean, rather rich and slightly toast, with a depth of malt character. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, Pilsner Malt, Vienna Malt and Dark Munich Malt. Hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau hops and German lager yeast. Marzen is a Seasonal and contains 4.9% ABV.

Winter Ale

Spiced American Amber Ale. 11 different malts are combined to make this deep amber-colored ale. Hops are used only to balance out the sweetness of the malt and to complement the spices. Fresh Nutmeg and Sweet Orange peel are added after fermentation to spice things up. Winter Ale is a Seasonal and contains 5.5% ABV.

Burst Hop Blonde

A refreshing American Blonde Ale made with a unique hopping technique to impart hop flavor without adding much bitterness. Hops are only added very late in the boil so they just extract hop flavor and aroma. Dry hops are added after fermentation for extra aroma and flavor. BHB is brewed with 2-Row Malt and Vienna Malt. Hops are Galena, Simcoe, Columbus, and Ahtanum. BHB is dry-hopped with Citra and is a Seasonal containing 5.5% ABV.

Belgian Witte

An unfiltered wheat beer brewed with un-malted wheat and flaked oats to give it its cloudy golden color and smooth mouth feel. Coriander and bitter orange peel are added to the boil to impart its spicy aroma and flavor. Belgian Witte is fermented with a special Belgian yeast strain that gives it its peppery, banana, clove and bubble gum flavors. The Belgian Witte is a Seasonal and contains 4.2% ABV.

Rye APA

This American Pale Ale is light amber in color with a medium-light body and big hop aroma and flavor. Malted Rye is substituted for some of the barley in the brewing process (15%). Rye contributes a spicy-dryness to the beer that works well with the American hops used to brew it. RAPA is brewed with 2-Row Malt, Rye Malt and Caramunich Malt. Hops are Columbus, Simcoe, and Willamette. RAPA is dry-hopped with Amarillo, Galena and Columbus, is a Seasonal, and contains 4.8% ABV.

Pumpkin Ale

Our special fall seasonal. Pumpkin is added to the mash with the malt. Then the brew is spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla when it is finished. It’s Pumpkin pie in a glass! Named best pumpkin beer at the 2010 Augusta beer fest, Pumpkin Ale is a Seasonal containing 5.6% ABV.

Amber Ale

Reddish amber in color, our amber has a malty aroma and a caramel and toffee malt flavor. Citrusy American hops balance out the malt flavor, keeping it from being too sweet and adding a moderate amount of bitterness. Amber Ale is a Seasonal and contains 5.1% ABV.

Pilsner

This Lager style was made famous in the Czech Republic. Light-golden in color, and bright with a good hop aroma. Crisp, complex and well rounded, yet refreshing with a prominent spiciness and bitterness from the Czech Saaz hops. Pilsner is a Seasonal which contains 5.2% ABV.

Irish Red Ale

Reddish copper in color, the Irish Red has a malty, toffee like aroma and a nice off-white head. Caramel, toffee, and a slightly roasty malt flavor dominate, as the English hops are in the background. Brewed with 2-Row Malt, Caramel Malt, Victory Malt, Munich Malt, and a touch of Black Malt. Hopped with East Kent Goldings from England. Irish Ale is a Seasonal and contains 5% ABV.

Belgian Pale Ale

This collaboration brew, with Perennial Artisan Ales, is medium-bodied with an orange hue. Brewed mostly with American malt and hops, this beer is complimented by a spicy, fruity Belgian Farmhouse yeast and dry hopped with floral West Coast hops to strike an interesting balance of flavors. Belgian Pale Ale is a Seasonal and contains 5.8% ABV.

Grass Cutter Cream Ale

This light American style ale is a summer thirst quencher. Light-straw in color and crystal-clear with lively carbonation, this ale is brewed with corn to lighten the body and give it a smooth mouth feel. A summer Seasonal, at 4.6% ABV you can enjoy a few of these after cutting the grass!
